Let Go of the Stories

969206_223880034433500_981849729_n I made a comment during a recent Q&A with Marianne Williamson in her 4-week online seminar called ‘Divine Alignment of Body and Soul’. It was a very spontaneous decision to write and submit this comment regarding holding onto ego/mind stories that do not serve us, ‘raise’ our level of consciousness or well-being, or lift us out of limited ideas about who we are and what we are capable of BEing.

I have observed how many, if not most people – in this case, ones who had created body issues for themselves, also seem to have a strong attachment to a negative narrative running in their mind – a ‘story’ or ‘stories’ related to their history or some type of experience, ‘trauma’, or set of circumstances ‘outside’ of themselves. As if something external was/is responsible for our thoughts, choices, addictions, and unhealthy or unloving behaviors towards ourselves and/or others. This type of thinking and ‘victim consciousness’ is what Caroline Myss calls “woundology”. I was hearing and reading about a lot of woundology-speak from participants during the seminar, so I wanted to briefly raise the topic (and share the transcript of the excerpt here), because I know that for most who think and speak in woundology stories, it is an unconscious, habitual, pattern that reinforces the ‘wound’, trauma’, behavior and thinking. I also know that something wonderful happens, and a shift occurs on a mental and deep cellular level once we recognize our very own ‘Divine’ Nature’. Everything changes. Everything.

QA: Mind Games and Love

Q: How does one fall out of love? I’ve been in love with the same woman for most of my adult life. [She does not know and is happily married with children.] I welcome suggestions.

Mu: Fall in love with yourself. The rest will fall into place.

Q: No… I’m not worthy.

Mu: If you really believe that, you are blocking your own blessings. When we free our mind of the self-defeating conditioned silliness, we liberate ourselves from our suffering. We are not here to be martyrs. We do not need to earn love. Just BE love. Everyone holds the key to their own self-imposed prison cell. Having the courage to use it is a choice.

The question as I see it, is why choose suffering and self-loathing over love and freedom? What’s the payoff?

555

20130629-190607.jpgI am seeing 555 regularly now.

I’ve always resonated with multiple numeral sequences and certain numbers in particular, but this “555” sequence is new and has been a daily thing for the past week or so. I was seeing 333 daily and still do, especially when I wake my cell phone from sleep. But now it is a lot of the 555 sequence as well. It feels wonderfully serendipitous whenever I see it.

If you are also seeing and /or resonating with the sequence 555, it is interesting to note that the word “Christ” was used 555 times in the Bible according to King James Bible Code. And that 555 represents Christ (Unity).

The following explanation of 555 is at lightworkers.org  from Drunvalo Melchizedek‘s list of triple numbers.

555 – Unity Consciousness: This is the number when someone has attained Unity Consciousness. They have mastered all levels of the Mystery School. It is the highest number. It is the number of Christ.

Of course there are many opinions about and definitions of the number 555 sequence. Here are just a few… According to “angel numerology,” 555 represents transformation and big changes ahead. The King James Bible code, states that the number 5 is representative of grace and redemption. It is the number of Christ and Unity. In Thai, the number 5 is pronounced, “ha”. So, 555 would be described and translated as “hahaha” also known as “lol”. =). Nostradamus book of Prophecies (published in 1555 – 1555 is actually a 7 numerologically-speaking) is Penguin Book #555. The Washington Monument was constructed to stand 555 feet tall to represent “God’s grace on America”.

It doesn’t really matter what meaning or symbolism we choose to attach to 555. It simply has whatever ‘meaning’ or ‘symbolism’ that resonates most with us at any given time for whatever reason. Or it may have none at all. You might think it is merely a coincidence whenever you see series of identical numbers. I don’t believe in coincidences. Everything is intrinsically interconnected. The universe framework (our reality as we perceive it to be in 3d) is ‘constructed’ or created with numbers.

For me personally, the Unity Consciousness (and the number of Christ) explanation resonates and has the most significant meaning at this time. The message I’m getting is: “Fasten your seat belts my brothers and sisters! Things are definitely speeding up. And what a wonderful ride it is!” Even when it appears otherwise.

Mind-Body Healing and the Placebo Effect

20030217_400Can we affect the outcome of our health, and illness, when we energize the powers of healing within ourselves?

“There is solid evidence that the course of a disease in general is affected by emotional distress…Thus, we as doctors may begin to emphasize treatment of the patient as a whole as well as the disease from which the patient is suffering” (Simonton, Getting Well Again, 28)

World-renown Oncologist and founder of the Simonton Research Institute and Simonton Center, Dr. O. Carl Simonton said that the “most powerful healing tool” he had to offer his patients was how to use the mind to heal – such as the Silva Method and “imagery therapy” for cancer. Dr. Simonton was trained by

A Man Named Jose Silva

Jose Silva speculated that if most illnesses are caused by the mind, it is extremely likely that most illnesses can be reversed by the mind. By healing your mind, your emotional state, and changing your thought patterns, you can create physical well-being.

Silva Stunned Crowds of People with Demonstrations Showing Instantaneous Mind-Body Healing

“Silva would begin his mind-body healing classes by requesting a volunteer. In front of hundreds, Jose would first guide the volunteer into a healing brain state and then hypnotize him or her. Thereafter, he’d announce that the whiteboard marker in his hand was actually a red hot poker. Then he would press the marker against the volunteer’s hand, and instantly, a blister would form. With the audience in shock, Silva would then tell the volunteer that he could heal the wound in seconds. Thereafter, he would proceed to put his hand on the wound, and the blister completely disappeared within seconds.”

In Jose Silva’s own words: “…For instance, I was testing an individual at one time, for positive hallucination. Positive hallucination means that the person would experience more than was actually present in the environment. Here is how I did it:

Fooling the body

I took my subject to a deep theta level. Even though he was deeply hypnotized, he had his eyes open and was watching me. Then I told him that I was going to touch him with a red hot iron. I picked up a piece of stainless steel with a pair of pliers, and touched the back of his hand with it. Even though the piece of stainless steel was not hot, when I touched him with it, he screamed. He felt the burn. He felt the heat…he experienced a positive hallucination…he was sensing more than what was there. The piece of stainless steel was still at room temperature. Not only did he feel the pain, his body responded as if it has been burned. Ninety percent of the subjects you do this to develop a little red spot, little red dot, as if they were burned with boiling water, or something like that. Ten percent develop a blister. I was lucky to see that phenomenon. My subject developed a blister. I asked myself, “What happened here? I didn’t burn him. Did I fool the healing process, the natural healing process of the body, to send healing chemistry to a spot that did not need it?”  I realized that that’s exactly what happened. My suggestion caused his healing mechanism to build a blister, build new skin under it, and get rid of that burned skin. But the skin was not actually burned. Then I wondered, “Could we send in extra healing chemistry to accelerate the healing process? Of course you can do that. If you can do one, you can do the other. No question there.”

The Mind-Body Connection: What Big Pharma Doesn’t Want People To Know…

Why? They will lose billions and billions of dollars each year. Big Pharma exists and runs on fear and intimidation. Big Pharma perpetuates the Big Lie that if people don’t take the toxic pharmaceutical medications that are prescribed by their allopathic doctors, they will not, and cannot heal or get better.

What Big Pharma Is Afraid Of…

“Placebos Are Getting More Effective: Drug Makers are Desperate to Know Why.” [Placebo pills are] “suddenly overwhelming promising new drugs and established medicines alike… Ironically, Big Pharma’s attempt to dominate the central nervous system has ended up revealing how powerful the brain really is. The placebo response doesn’t care if the catalyst for healing is a triumph of pharmacology, a compassionate therapist, or a syringe of salt water. All it requires is a reasonable expectation of getting better. That’s potent medicine.”—Wired Magazine

Isn’t It Ironic?

Each and every experimental drug must be tested against a placebo in order to earn FDA approval. It’s true. Pharmaceutical manufacturers have to prove their pills work at least as well as a placebo. It is the ‘standard‘ against which chemical and toxic medications are measured.

In her book, Mind Over Medicine, Dr. Lissa Rankin discusses the placebo effect and writes in her blog “we hold within us self-healing superpowers that are stronger than any chemotherapy and more effective than any surgery.”

Yes, the mind is a powerful creator. It can heal the body. It can reverse symptoms and illness and create health. We can affect the outcome of our health, and illness.

Congruency

Image

“Our true calling is the call to ultimate congruence within oneself.” ~ Caroline Myss

It could be said that the true spiritual path is the path within oneself of being or becoming a congruent human being. It is living in a state of inner-harmony, so that we do not live a life of ‘interior betrayal’. A congruent human being recognizes and listens to the still small voice within and follows its guidance, even if it is uncomfortable, scary, or unthinkable at first. It might be telling you to pick up the phone, apologize to someone, start walking or exercising, change career or diet, be more honest with yourself and others, help someone, forgive someone who mistreated or abused you, or whatever it is. Fear might come up. The ego might get noisy and argue with the still small voice and what it is telling you, that’s where courage comes in. It takes courage to be a congruent human being. When the still small voice offers us something that has the potential to bring us into alignment with our truth – the courage will be there. It will just naturally rise up to meet and support us.

When we are living congruently, we are “Being our very own beingness” as Lester Levenson said. It is recognized as a feeling of inner-peace, harmony, ‘rightness’, effortlessness, balance, imperturbability. Everything flows. We are not going against anything – not resisting anything, because we know what is profoundly ‘right’ for us. It is not a destination or set in stone – it is a fluid state. It is a place of synchronicity where ‘magic’ happens. The identity (in my case the ‘mu’) seems to disappear as BEingness takes over. As during a performance when the music just flows through the body – the instrument, as opposed to ‘mu’ thinking about it or trying to control it. It is effortless perfection. This is how it is in all areas of life when we are congruent beings.

When we are honest, true, and congruent, everything seems easier, more effortless; It flows, It is all perfection – literally ‘all good’, regardless of whatever is going on or happening externally. Congruency is a state of knowing and being who and what we really are.
